For KBK Bouw, Vroom Betonbouw installs precast lay-down areas in homes within the Stolptuin project in the Bangert and Oosterpolder district in Blokker. Thanks to prefab, we build faster and more efficiently, with consistent quality.

At De Nieuwe Kern in the municipality of Ouder-Amstel we are delivering a sustainable foundation for 330 flex housing units. Using precast concrete solutions and close collaboration, we ensure efficiency, lower emissions and a very rapid construction pace.

In close cooperation with Aannemingsbedrijf Dozy, we are supplying DPA screw piles and installing precast foundation elements for the new-build project on Balistraat in Den Helder. A sustainable and efficient foundation approach for 52 characterful new homes.

Tuinen van Luna offers the ideal combination of sustainable living and recreation in a park-like setting. Vroom is responsible for the foundation work here, using precast driven piles, precast foundation beams and precast lay-down areas.

After years of preparation, the construction of holiday park Enkhuizer Strand has begun. The first holiday homes are expected to be ready for use in October.

Weesp is growing rapidly: a total of 2750 dwellings are to be built in water-abundant Weespersluis. In this phase, we are assembling the lay-down areas for 76 dwellings.

In Poeldijk, Vroom Funderingstechnieken is driving the piles for 51 dwellings in the new-build project for the De Blauwe Kreken development, phases 2.3 and 2.4. Vroom Betonbouw then expertly fits the pre-cast foundation elements to the piles.

Vroom Betonbouw is assembling pre-cast foundation beams for the foundations of 124 luxury holiday homes in Nieuwvliet-Bad, on the coast of the Province of Zeeland.

We will be installing pre-cast piles and assembling pre-cast foundation elements for the 141 new dwellings at the Bannehoven newbuild development in Zaandijk.

On the site of the former Het Kraaiennest primary school in Oosthuizen a start has been made on construction of Oevernest, a new-build development with 28 dwellings with storage facilities.

In Hoogkarspel we are installing pre-cast piles and fitting pre-cast foundation beams for 18 ‘double maisonettes’ (one dwelling unit with two floors on top of another) on behalf of the Het Grootslag housing association.

Vroom Foundation Technology is installing pre-cast piles for 130 dwellings at the Hoef en Haag project on the Lekstraat in Vianen (Utrecht) and assembling pre-cast foundation beams and foundation slabs.

2021 will see the advent of new houses and apartments in the Van der Goesstraat and the Van Schuijlenburchstraat in Delft. Vroom will be providing the foundations for this using a range of pile systems, and will be placing pre-cast foundation elements.

Heembouw and Kennemerland Beheer (KB) are developing the planned “West-End” area for use as a residential area. The aim is to create an exceptionally sustainable neighbourhood. Gas-free, in part zero meter use (ZMU) dwellings and otherwise ‘very energy-efficient’ homes. We give these dwellings a complete foundation package, which is made up of driven piles, foundation beams, foundation blocks and lay-down areas.

In the context of the Land van Luna project, phase 2, Belle-Vue Wonen will be building 12 dwellings suitable for all stages of life. We will be installing 160 pre-cast driven concrete piles, which will provide a solid foundation.

The picturesque 'Plan van Dis' project is being developed in Broek in Waterland. 15 lovely dwellings on an island at the edge of the village. The development and building work for the project is being overseen by Mercuur, from Purmerend. Given the difficulty of access to the site, they asked us to create a prototype in pre-cast concrete, with piles, foundation beams and cellar.

HSB Bouw, a contractor from Volendam, is hard at work on all fronts, not least in the field of its own project development. The Gouwpark development is a good example of that, and we are proud that we are able to work on this great project. Later this year, we will also be producing the DPA piles for 124 low-rise dwellings in the same development.
