Advantages
The construction time at the building site is significantly reduced.
Less deployment of production personnel on the construction site is needed; two people and a mobile crane with an operator are sufficient for execution. The quality of the final result in precast concrete work is consistent. It usually results in savings because fewer piles are used. Moreover, the piles are often shorter.
Vroom offers a complete foundation package that usually ends at the top of the ground floor. The precast foundation blocks are often combined with precast foundation beams, precast lay-down areas, dimensioning and the installation of the ground floors, including pouring. If necessary, a combination is made with in-situ poured concrete.
Assembly
The precast foundation blocks are mounted with a telescopic crane or mobile crawler crane, depending on the element weights and the distance at which they need to be placed.
