Precast foundation beams are designed, manufactured, and assembled by Vroom with a KOMO-KIWA product certificate. Precast foundation beams result in a short execution time.

Advantages

The precast foundation beams are often combined with dimensioning, where both the piling work and the precast foundation beams themselves are dimensioned. In the case of row houses, a combination is often made with precast (storage) floors. Where necessary, a combination is made with cast-in-place concrete. Package also includes (storage) floors, blocks, elevator pits, walls and basements. Products are often combined with each other.

Assembly

The precast foundation beams are assembled using a telescopic crane or a mobile tracked crane, depending on the element weights and the distance at which they need to be placed.
