112 dwellings, Kreekrijk development

112 dwellings716 piles

We are installing vibrated and pre-cast piles for the Kreekrijk new-build project to create the foundations for the storage units, and assembling pre-cast foundation beams.

Welcome to Kreekrijk, an innovative new-build project in Assendelft in the Zaan area to the north of Amsterdam. In this project we are responsible for installing the vibrated piles and pre-cast piles on which the storage units will ultimately stand. In addition, we are laying the pre-cast foundation beams, making a solid base for the dwellings in this great project.

In the creation of the Kreekrijk development technology is the driving force behind construction. By using a mixture of vibrated and pre-cast piles, we are ensuring there are solid foundations for the storage units. These modern technologies not only offer sustainability and stability; they also ensure an efficient construction process. Thanks to advanced technologies, we can position the piles accurately and ensure a high degree of quality for the rest of the construction process. With an eye for detail and craftsmanship, we work on a solid base that is future proof.

An energy-efficient neighbourhood that isn’t reliant on natural gas

The Kreekrijk new-build project is being developed to the north-west of Zaanstad, in Assendelft. This is the last available ‘extension’ site in the Zaanstad urban area. An attractive place to live that is adjacent to and interwoven with the surrounding landscape of De Omzoom to the west, the residential Saendelft area to the south-east and the railway to the north-east.

Over 900 dwellings will be built over the next few years. The new Kreekrijk neighbourhood will not only be a gas-free, energy-efficient place, but also very varied in terms of housing stock. The ambition is to develop the most sustainable and energy-efficient neighbourhood possible, without dispensing with quality of life.
