On the site of the former Het Kraaiennest primary school in Oosthuizen a start has been made on construction of Oevernest, a new-build development with 28 dwellings with storage facilities.
This is something of a ‘home fixture’ for us, as Vroom is based in Oosthuizen. Vroom Foundation Technology is installing pre-cast piles and Vroom Betonbouw is assembling pre-cast foundation elements.
The foundations as a whole are perfectly matched to each other, efficient and very interesting from the point of view of costs, with everything being in the hands of a single party.
