Thanks to innovative foundation techniques, residents from various target groups will soon enjoy sustainability and comfort in their new, versatile ground-floor and upstairs apartments in Noorderlicht Phase 2.

For our client Bouwbedrijf M.J. de Nijs & Zonen BV, Vroom produced vibro piles. Vroom Betonbouw handled both the engineering and the measurement of the vibro piles, as well as the installation of the precast foundation beams and precast lay-down areas. All this was done in close collaboration with the client. Good coordination and careful planning were crucial, as Phase 1 of the Noorderlicht project was still in its final stages. Thanks to strong cooperation, we achieved an efficient and high-quality result.

Successful collaboration

The ground-floor and upstairs apartments in Noorderlicht Phase 2 are designed with a variety of target groups in mind.
