Tuinen van Luna offers the ideal combination of sustainable living and recreation in a park-like setting. Vroom is responsible for the foundation work here, using precast driven piles, precast foundation beams and precast lay-down areas.

After years of preparation, the construction of holiday park Enkhuizer Strand has begun. The first holiday homes are expected to be ready for use in October.

Thanks to innovative foundation techniques, residents from various target groups will soon enjoy sustainability and comfort in their new, versatile ground-floor and upstairs apartments in Noorderlicht Phase 2.

For the foundation of 10 back-to-back houses, we installed 31 prefab foundation beams, including facilities for pouring in and on, on top of the 74 prefab piles previously driven into the ground by Vroom Funderingstechnieken.

In Limmen, Vroom Funderingstechnieken and Vroom Betonbouw are constructing the complete foundation for 19 new homes. The combination of concrete screw piles and precast foundation beams offers a rapid and high-quality solution.

For the construction of the 'De Tramhalte' complex located at Piet Ottstraat in Schagen, 44 modern apartments are being developed.

For 64 apartments in the Tuindershof project in Pijnacker, Vroom will install the precast driven piles (concrete) and assemble the precast foundation beams.

We are proud to be installing pre-cast piles and assembling pre-cast foundation beams on behalf of BAM Wonen Nieuwbouw Concepten as part of a new sub-project: 32 sustainable houses in the De Erven development.

We are installing vibrated and pre-cast piles for the Kreekrijk new-build project to create the foundations for the storage units, and assembling pre-cast foundation beams.

At a time when demand for rapidly constructed, affordable housing is high, pre-cast foundation beams offer considerable benefits in terms of efficiency and time-saving. This innovative building method ensures that foundations can be positioned quickly and accurately, considerably shortening the building time.

Next to the Gaasperdammer Tunnel in the Amsterdam Zuidoost district a project is being developed that covers 45 apartments and 24 detached houses. Vroom is creating the foundations for these properties.
