For Boon & Breg we are constructing a robust foundation using precast driven piles and vibro-SD piles. These smart piling solutions provide flexibility, efficiency and a solid floor structure for their new production hall.

The construction of Beach pavilion Reuring on Hoorn's city beach has started with the driving of a pile. This contemporary pavilion, inspired by culturally historic wooden dike warehouses, offers a stunning view of the city center and the open water.

In Schagen, we are laying the foundations for lock-up garage units on behalf of PNO Projectontwikkeling. The project is in construction phase II, bringing the total number of lock-up garage units on this site to 102.

This year saw the creation of the foundations for an extension to Lely Innovations in Maassluis: vibrated piles and, on top of those, pre-cast foundation beams. Together, they will bear the weight of the new buildings for the Innovations team.

At the end of the summer of 2020, we started converting an existing production hall on the Koolhovenlaan in Schiphol-Rijk to a data centre.

The Lely Industries company is expanding substantially. This process involves building new offices and a production hall. The extension of the premises is on the site where the former production halls, dating back to the 1960s, once stood. The surface area covered is 33,000 square metres in total. 8,000 square metres of this will be devoted to office space.

On the Buitenroede in Avenhorn a children's’ centre will be opening in 2021, accommodating the Jozefschool, Overhaal and De Ieveling primary schools. It will also be home to the Berend Botje crèche. On 6 April, we drove the first of a total of 236 piles that will be used for the foundations.

We're back in Nijmegen! In 2013 we laid the foundations for the new workshop and showroom at Autobedrijf Frank Pluym. Now we're back to oversee an expansion to the business, covering maintenance and restoration of vintage cars.

Work is being carried out on new premises for game and poultry processor Cor Voet at Industriegebied Bombraak in Oostzaan. The business is currently using premises on Noordeinde, on the other side of Oostzaan, but is bursting at the seams: time to move somewhere new.

A very fast construction method was necessary to make sure that beach café Het Strand could be taken in use again founded on new piles before the opening of the season. We have applied prefab piles, a prefab foundation and prefab floors.

In Amsterdam Osdorp, we have taken care of the foundation for a new KFC restaurant. It involves a prefab foundation as it had to be placed partly above the water. Mounting went fast and prefab elements were very qualified for a positioning above the water.

The GaragePark formula is a huge success. The boxes sell big and therefore, new parks are being built on a regular basis, this time in Purmerend. This garage park consists of 46 units for private users.

Sun Test Systems is getting too big and in order to cope with this, the company hall has been expanded. Under the authority of Van Wijnen Weesp, we are applying a total foundation package including piling activities, prefab foundation beams, prefab hollow-core slabs, prefab walkways and a poured company floor.

More or less in the backyard of Hecon, a new corporate building is built under the authority of Peereboom Touringcars. The 5D construction concept guarantees a short construction period and the process can be followed on the webcam. Early May, Vroom has inserted the foundation piles and mounted the foundation beams. Completion is scheduled for this year’s summer.

Heijmans Utiliteitsbouw is realizing a new housing project at the Frederikskazerne in The Hague and will maintain this building under the authority of Dienst Vastgoed Defensie, part of Ministerie van Defensie. Vroom has realized the total foundation construction for this project.

Vroom Foundation Technology is working as a constructional team for Hecon Bouwgroup in order to realize the foundation of two new corporate buildings for two transport companies. The execution of the projects will, for the greater part, take place according to the LEAN principles. The new housing project will be realized on Westeinde in Oostzaan next to a distribution station including the power transmission towers for electricity facilities.

More and more often, Vroom Betonbouw takes care of the total foundation package: from groundwork, dimensioning and piling to all foundation elements in prefab concrete such as foundation beams, foundation blocks and ground-level floors. And for this particular project, also the walls and columns have been set up in prefab concrete.
