This is what our clients say

We continuously measure client satisfaction through a weekly survey sent to clients and site managers for whom we have recently completed a project. We ask them to rate us on the following aspects:

  • How would you rate us overall?
  • How did you experience the calculation and quotation phase?
  • How did you experience the preparation phase?
  • How did you experience the execution phase?
  • How did you experience the completion/handover phase?
  • How did you experience communication with our staff?
  • What is your opinion of our price/quality ratio?

We then offer the respondent the opportunity to provide context for their scores. These ratings and open-ended responses offer valuable insight into our performance across various areas, supported by constructive criticism, areas for improvement, and, often, appreciative compliments. We are happy to share this feedback with you in a transparent and open manner.

Quotes

Marcel Dijker, Kondor Wessels Amsterdam
“The drilling crew, led by Ruud van de Giessen of Vroom Funderingstechnieken, remained composed and successfully completed the drilling work despite the extremely confined construction site, the large amount of equipment required, and several setbacks due to heavy foundation work. With daily clear communication, perseverance, tidying the site each day, and keeping the machine grounded to HTM’s mandatory traction connection, you can get a long way.”

Koert Touw, TC projecten B.V.
“Great company and pleasant people to work with.”

Erik Vis, GMB H&I
“Everything went smoothly, according to agreement and schedule.”

Ad Raaijmakers, Hiber Betonvloeren
“Very satisfied, especially with the preliminary phase, during which several changes were made due to lack of information from the client. Compliments to everyone involved and thank you for your efforts. Communication is excellent, prices are always too high (same with us 😉).”

Marco Hof, Dura Vermeer
“Above average score. Vroom could improve its scheduling slightly. During pile surveying and positioning, I noticed significant disruption at the pile heads and many piles deviated from the optimal alignment. An improvement suggestion from the pile-cutting operator: weld the lifting eye/bracket for hoisting the reinforcement differently. Currently it is not welded at the bottom of the bracket, which causes it to bend during pile cutting and in some cases even break the reinforcement bar.”

Huib Schot, H4A Bouw
“Reliable company, pleasant working relationship. Clear quotations. Good consultation during preparation and a focus on solutions. Work is carried out properly. Quick response to queries and proactive thinking. Not always the cheapest, but solid, high-quality and dependable. There were some issues with the piling rig that might have been solved earlier. This had already been flagged by the piling/drilling crew. Scheduling changed multiple times, but fortunately did not cause us any issues.”

Anonymous
“Finished pile heights are not all at the correct level. Communication can be challenging at times.”

Gerwin Nieuwendijk, Van den Nieuwendijk Bouw
“Process went smoothly. Execution was efficient.”

Jan Bos, Groothuis Bouwgroep
“Vroom is a pleasant company to work with, but a bit more communication would be appreciated. Advice to the machine operator: at first contact, when the low-loader arrives, take a moment to introduce yourself and fill in the forms. That should help everything go more smoothly.”

Pieter Kramer, Hegeman Bouw&Infra
“When giving scores, I never go above 8. A 6 means you’ve done what is expected, a 7 shows some added value, and an 8 is good. So I am very satisfied with how things went. Communication with the project manager, work planner, and structural engineer went well. Everything on site ran smoothly. The price/quality ratio is good. No piles were placed incorrectly, and the cooperation was satisfactory. We work with strict nitrogen emission policies. Your machines comply with Euro 6 standards, which is excellent, but it is essential for us to track fuel and AdBlue consumption per refuelling. That’s a point for improvement.”

Olaf Walhout, Peters Bouw en Onderhoud
“Vroom makes clear agreements, gives tips and advice where needed, and takes the contractor’s interests into account. Without excessive bureaucracy – short lines of communication, no being passed from pillar to post. Matters are handled internally by the project manager.”

Loy Winkelmolen, Jongen Bouwpartners
“Have had good contact with Frits Verhoeven for years. Agreements are kept. Polite and decent staff.”
