Vroom Betonbouw specialises in prefab foundation constructions and various pile systems. The advantages of prefab concrete work? Construction time on-site is significantly reduced. Less production personnel is required: two people and a mobile crane with an operator suffice for execution.

Furthermore, Vroom Betonbouw produces numerous pile systems that can be combined with the prefab foundation elements, creating optimal load-bearing capacity. Since Vroom takes care of the entire foundation, there is no need for coordination from the client between the components. Through services such as dimensioning, pile driving supervision and acoustic continuity testing, a comprehensive package is provided. Our work ceases at the top of the ground floor, which we can deliver finished.

precast concrete construction

Vroom Betonbouw offers a comprehensive package of precast foundation elements and a variety of pile systems, providing a complete delivery package of load-bearing capacity. All our precast foundation elements are designed to be detachable/reusable for multiple uses. During the design process, the desired lifespan can be specified, which the composition will be tailored to.

cast-in-situ piles

Precast foundation elements can be effectively combined with cast-in-situ piles, which are manufactured on the construction site by Vroom. These piles, which are produced on-site, are an ideal solution for projects. The piles have a short preparation time and need fewer logistics movements. On the production site, the piles can be adjusted in terms of length, concrete grade and quantity prior to production.

Cast-in-situ piles
low-vibration and low-noise piles

Precast foundation elements can be effectively combined with low-vibration and low-noise piles, which are manufactured on the construction site by Vroom. In urban and infill sites, piles are often used that generate little or no vibration and/or sound during production. We offer several pile systems that comply with these properties.

precast driven piles

Precast foundation elements can be effectively combined with precast driven and precast screw piles, which are driven and screwed into place on the construction site by Vroom. These factory-produced piles are suitable for many applications. The piles can be made in various lengths and with various shaft diameters. The driven variant can cause noise and vibration nuisance for the surroundings.
