The pre-cast foundation beams were made in our works and installed on site like Lego bricks. This meant that the foundations could be laid in double-quick time. The work was split up into 4 project stages.

Zeeland has gained another holiday park. In Kamperland, the foundations have been laid for 67 holiday homes in a brand new park. Appliances in all the holiday homes use resources other than gas, and the park is car-free. The accommodation is made from sustainable materials and heated using ground-source heat pumps.
Shallow foundations
The foundations are natural, that is to say no piles need to be sunk into the ground to bear the load of these relatively lightweight buildings. The surface sand just needs to be levelled in preparation for receiving the foundation beams.
