In the north-west of the local authority area of Zaanstad, in Assendelft, the new-build Kreekrijk project is in development. This is the last large-scale expansion of the Zaanstad area. An attractive residential area with a direct connection to the surrounding landscape. Over 900 dwellings will be built over the next few years.

The Kreekrijk development in Assendelft is gradually expanding! Having completed various stages last year, we now had the prospect of building 12 dwellings. With 146 pre-cast concrete piles and 132 pre-cast concrete elements, the dwellings will have excellent foundations.

The new Kreekrijk project has been conceived as a residential development that is free of natural gas and energy-efficient. It will be a very varied residential development. The ambition is to make it as sustainable and energy-efficient as possible, but not at the expense of the enjoyment of living there.
