It offers a total amount of space for 31 clients of Stichting Esdégé-Reigersdaal. The building borders the provincial road and the spacious Park van Luna. The clients will benefit from a quiet area such as Middenweg so that they can feel safe and well near the open country side but also enjoy the property. The design has taken all that into account.

On the old Middenweg in Heerhugowaard, Vroom has mounted 136 prefab elements for the new residential building Reigersdaal. The Middenweg project includes 4 residential buildings and one day care activity center.
