Grout Pump Operator / Grout Pump Technician

As a Grout Unit Operator, you work with high-quality mixing and pumping units that are essential for injecting grout in various foundation systems. You enjoy working outdoors, start early with a small team, and work on many different projects across the Netherlands. Due to the variety of piling and foundation techniques, you continuously develop your skills. You operate the grout unit, ensure correct mixing and pumping quality, and support the foundation team where required. Your role is crucial to the quality and safety of the project.

Salary

€ 3,200 to € 3,800 per month

Your responsibilities

  • Assembling, operating and adjusting the grout unit
  • Carefully mixing and pumping grout in accordance with project specifications
  • Checking mixing ratios and machine settings
  • Carrying out minor maintenance and identifying malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Loading and unloading equipment
  • Ensuring a clean and safe construction site

Who are you?

  • You have experience with grout machines, grout units or similar mixing/pumping equipment
  • You are able to read technical drawings and work instructions
  • You have a strong technical aptitude and understanding of machinery
  • In possession of relevant certificates for working with mixing or pumping equipment (or willing to obtain these)
  • Driving licence B and preferably your own transport
  • VCA Basic or VCA VOL (or willing to obtain this)
  • Experience in the foundation sector is an advantage
  • You are flexible, safety-conscious and a true team player
  • You are willing to stay away from home from Monday to Friday if required
