De Marlot is a small-scale new-construction project that involves 58 spacious homes in Delft. The site is situated alongside the Buitenwatersloot and the Henry Dunantlaan in a spacious neighbourhood with parks and water. It’s child-friendly with sport facilities in the direct environment. The 58 homes will be realized on the former Combiwerk site.

In collaboration with Zwijndrecht-based BetonBouwService De Hoop, we are carrying out the foundation activities for 58 new homes to be built in Delft. The project involves the insertion of prefab piles and CFA piles. In addition, we will mount the prefab foundation beams and shed floors.
