For KBK Bouw, Vroom Betonbouw installs precast lay-down areas in homes within the Stolptuin project in the Bangert and Oosterpolder district in Blokker. Thanks to prefab, we build faster and more efficiently, with consistent quality.

Precast lay-down areas from Vroom Betonbouw offer a smart solution for fast and high-quality construction. The lay-down areas are designed, produced, and installed under KOMO-KIWA certification, ensuring reliability and durability. The elements are made of self-compacting concrete, which guarantees reliability and durability. By using this self-compacting concrete (SCC), a smooth and level surface is created without additional finishing. If desired, we insulate the underside of the floor with high-density EPS. This prefab approach significantly shortens construction time and increases efficiency on site, without compromising quality.

The Stolptuin: from fruit growing to residential area

The Stolptuin owes its name to the stolp farm "De Barmhartige Samaritaan," located on the southeastern side of these completed homes. Situated in the former fruit-growing area of West Friesland, it now offers a unique and welcoming place to live. The project provides a varied range, from charming semi-detached houses by the water to spacious detached homes. Back-to-back houses and two types of terraced houses are also part of the plan. The architecture is atmospheric and blends perfectly with the green surroundings.
