From Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 January 2023 inclusive, our employees were given the opportunity to follow various training courses, workshops and study sessions.
On Wednesday 11 January, we started the new year at our head office in Oosthuizen and at Crescendo in Hoorn by discussing our product line.
Thursday 12 January was devoted to training courses and study at sites in Oostzaan and Hoorn. There, our colleagues could follow VCA and TCVT refresher courses, Safe Working at Height, Safely Securing Loads, Safety when Working on the Roadside, Safety when Working with the Light Excavator (OPM), In-house Emergency Response/first aid and, for administrative staff, UTA Written Communication.
Workshops and fun
On Friday 13 January, the focus was on workshops and fun at Happy Days in Grootebroek. There was a fantastic lunch, useful workshops such as HUB Safety Awareness, the importance of correctly performing pile logging, IQIP Hydro hammer, Infraworks ERP and Cyber Awareness 2023.
This was interspersed with go-karting, bowling, a VR game, lasertag and pool.
The friendly atmosphere among colleagues made for a successful start to 2023.
