Under the authority of KWS Infra, Vroom Foundation Technology has completed a special infra project. Near Spijkenisse, a traffic circle on Hekelingseweg was shifted to a location with running water. The water has not been filled in; the choice for a 'hanging culvert’, a water tunnel, has been made instead.
