The project is being executed by the Volendam contractor HSB Bouw. The plan includes 13 studios, 10 family homes, 54 apartments and 1 special home. The shed floors have been placed following the construction of the homes. Access to the inner garden was limited so the shed floors have been placed with two shovels.

On the Amsterdam Polderweg, 397 vibro piles have been inserted and 10 prefab shed floors have been placed in the inner garden for the third stage of the Oostpoort project.
