The varied façades of Het Binnenhof form one of the strong points of this plan. The architecture, in a traditional style, was designed by Christoph Kohl Architects. And the result is impressive: brickwork exteriors in a range of colours with a lot of detail, a lot of variation in roof shapes and façades from flat roof to stepped gable roof.

34 spacious houses are being developed and built in the centre of Vleuterweide by Ballast Nedam. The houses are being built to encircle a courtyard, in which the residents can park their cars behind the buildings. We are using a combination of pre-fab driven piles, foundation beams and shed floors for the foundations.
