In order to get an idea of the speed of the building system: these 90 dwellings will be erected in 4 days. This excludes trimming the driven piles and fixing the elements after installation. This amounts to 12 days’ work for us on site in order to complete our work.

The development department of building contractors De Vries en Verburg is running at full capacity. A development in Woerden with a total of 170 dwellings in a wide range of architectural styles is taking shape. 90 dwellings will be built in the first stage of the project. Given the speed of building we are using our pre-cast foundation beams.
A plan with something for everyone
The Hof van Leyland development envisages over 170 newbuild dwellings, constructed in various project stages. That might sound like a lot, but the dwellings will be so varied that you will hardly notice. The dwellings will be 'playfully’ sited within various zones. You might want to live on the green fringe, De Groene Zoom, in one of the courtyards or on the banks of the canal, De Singel. Affordable owner-occupied dwellings, spacious detached houses in a range of price brackets, semi-detached houses and one or two detached villas.
