Short construction period
As prefab elements are being used, the construction period is shorter than in the case of traditional construction. The body consists of a prefab concrete foundation and prefab walls and floors. The inner walls have been made out of prefabricated light concrete. The bathroom will be fully completed in the factory so that it only needs to be mounted on the building site.
Collaboration is time gain
During the mounting process of the prefab foundation, the plumber was present. After the first foundation elements have been placed, the plumber has mounted the pipes through and alongside the prefab foundation. This collaboration enabled us to mount the floor directly after the plumber had finished his activities.
