In Vianen, under the authority of main contractor Ballast Nedam, the foundation for 50 homes has been laid by Vroom. Because of the construction speed, the foundation comes in prefab elements. The homes will be built in the Helsdingen neighbourhood.
The activities include the dimensioning process, the insertion of 444 prefab foundation piles, the delivery and mounting process of 1,759 m of prefab foundation elements, 22 prefab shed floors and 4 stability walls.
Another 45
The 50 homes are the first out of 95. Mid-September, we will start the execution process for the other 45 ones.
