Behind the current façades, new prefab foundation beams will be applied by us onto which the new homes will be founded. In order to keep the ‘old’ façades up during the mounting process of the prefab foundation beams and the construction process of the new homes, the front façade is being supported by support elements.
Dimensioning
As the foundation must fit exactly behind the current façade, a detailed dimensioning process is required. Prefab foundation beams offer a very good tool for that purpose. The elements are being produced into detail to the last millimetre in the factory and mounted the same way on the construction site.
Stages
A total number of 150 homes must be built. Therefore, we have split up the execution process into 10 stages of approximately homes.
