Vroom Betonbouw supplies and installs precast cellars. The cellars are poured seamlessly and under controlled conditions in the factory, so leakage is excluded. With a cellar from Vroom, you are not only assured of a high-quality product, but also of a rapid and straightforward installation.

Assembly

The precast cellar is placed using a telescopic crane. Then, the basement is mounted to two opposing foundation beams using the unique patented mounting system (the STERK coupling). This can be done on either the short or long side, eliminating the need for additional foundation beams. The basement hangs on the STERK coupling. Ground leveling provisions are also unnecessary, and the basement can be installed with the same crane that can subsequently be used to place the ground floor.
